ill definately pick it up provided it does not have the same problem as of the 6 Ninjas in pune- crank case cracks at the sprocket and oil leaks.

@ hemank - I believe you have some wrong information. I own a ninja from the first lot. There are 4 ninjas in our group and believe me there are no cases of crank case cracks and/or leaks.
