At first glance, Sundeep Gajjar, may look like any average youngster. But spend five minutes with him and your perception will change completely. This 25-year old Delhite has been responsible for starting a revolution of sorts among young Indian bikers. Heard of XBHP? Yes, Sundeep is the founder of India 's youngest and biggest biking club, with over 30,000 registered members (in India and abroad).
Passing out of a renowned school in Delhi , Sundeep had a flair for creative stuff and as soon as he purchased his first bike, the Bajaj Pulsar 180, the biking passion erupted in him, which he flamed out through his one-page website. Little did he know that the one-page website would grow into something which starved Indian bikers had wanted for ages. Thus was born XBHP - in 2003 – which continues to be the best and the biggest place for bikers to head to. The club has bikers from all walks of life, from a Hero Honda Karizma rider to a Turbo Suzuki Hayabusa rider and has regular meets in major cities, plus the yearly Himalayan ride.
Having done his Bachelors in Computer Application, Sundeep is a computer graphic designer by profession and has currently applied for the famous NID's strategic management and new media design course. Taking out time from his professional and personal life (having just got married in 2006, some months ago before starting in the GIR!) is very difficult and then saving every penny to pay for server costs and numerous other expenses (which run into lakhs of rupees per year) to run the club, it has never been easy for this biker boy. Castrol came in as an angel and has been supporting the club for over a year now. However, according to Sundeep, this is not the end, he wants to take the club to an all-new level and for this needs a lot of funds. He dreams of expanding the club further, with regular events on a magnitude never seen before in India , to spread the biker-brotherhood even more, spreading it to the farthest of places in India . The members swear by XBHP and are a constant support and if everything goes on well, we can probably see XBHP burn even more rubber in the coming year. All the best Sundeep.
