Today I went to Pukekohe to see the fifth round of the New Zealand Superbike Road Race Championship organized by the Auckland Motorcycling Club. It was a decent ride on teh Zx6R. When i reached there, as usual, there were a LOT of bikes in the parking, Pukekohe was flooding with them. It was a sight to watch. Coming from a big bike deprived land it was something. I went inside and settled near the track with my ultra slow and shitty Tamron telephoto on a 400D. I had to contend with it until I reached India.
I spotted a Ninja 250 in one of the paddocks and ultimately caight up with the owner who obliged with a few photos for my audience back in India. The bike did not look like a 250 and was striking in lime green. |
