I have done a max of 132 on my bike on the speedo. So 130 on the FZ16 is

Reasons :
1. Huge front and rear tires
2. Lower powered
3. Since its a naked city rider, it would probably have better low-end and mid-range and geared accordingly. So cannot expect a high top-end.
