Few things u should keep in mind while riding
On the Road
Riding in itself on the road can be quite enjoyable, but there are considerations to be made when riding , especially on Indian roads, where the unexpected can happen quite often (children/cattle running across the road, Rash bus drivers, etc). Here's the agressive way of riding, which helps quite a bit.
1. Ride with headlights ON.
2. Ride with the group. Dont rush ahead or lag behind. follow with the group. If you are a fast rider, be the drag, or if you ride slow, ride in middle of the group. The advantage of being in a group is everyone takes care of everyone else. So, why nullify that advantage.
3. Ride near the middle of the road. This makes sure that you have ample space on the left in case you need to move out of way of oncoming traffic.
4. Make sure there is a good gap in front and behind you in case of sudden braking.
5. Ride at around 80kmph speed. This is the best speed for indian highways , except for some freeways where you can really rip.
6. Stop every hour to take a sip of water and relax. The more tired you become, the more prone to making mistakes you will become.
