Have a self Check

Make the bike in Centre Stand - Rotate the front tyre - check for any hissing sound from the Disc ---- (usually there will be a small sound)
But if the wheel doesnt stops in its usual Rotation - then it could be of the new Brake Pads scrapping the discs

Try this sit on the bike - and Put your full weight into the handlbar and see the movement of the Front Forks -
Else
If your a stunter try to do a stoppie and see the Front forks allighnment

This could be due to the excess of Fork Oil used in it.
or
Front Forks could have been bended

Else check your handle bar screws - try to remove and put the bar again

Other then these - there may not be any reason for the vibrations in your concern
