1) I changed front disc pads and fork oil.
Front Disc pad: if too tight will not allow the front wheel to move freely u can check this by keeping on main stand.(very unlikely to produce vibs).
FORK OIL:this is meant for dampening if you keep ur bike offstand and apply front brakes and put pressure on the handle forwards the front shocks should travel 1-2 inches downwards if this is happening freely no need to worry, If its hard then you need to ask the mech to loosen the top bolt on the shock bottle to allow some oil to drain off. (In this case also even with more oil in fork u should not get vibrations).
2) changed Engine Oil to MOTUL 300V.
Can you confirm the consistancy of this oil, Is it the same as Castrol 20-50. This is very important. If its of a lesser consistancy then u will get
heavy vibrations. If its too thick then you will not get much vibes but the performance will become a bit less on the pick up.
3) adjusted back shocks on the higher side to increase bike's height.
I have all my doubts on this one. the higher u adjust the shocks the harder they become. This is not meant to increase the height but soften or harden the ride. GET THIS CHANGED TO A MID POINT . The VIBES will dissappear.
Let me know which worked
