Default HUMOUR: Excuses for not owning a Superbike

  • "If i buy myself a superbike I would last a couple of hours max, I am such a rash driver even on my moped u know..."
  • "You just dont have the quality roads to enjoy superbikes in India, so..."
  • "I really really love the Tomahawk, but dailmer-chrysler wont allow me to have one of those since 200 zillionaires are already up-ahead in the queue, bad luck for me..."
  • "I am a lazy man, i could never hire a chaffeur for my bike, absolutely couldnt get him convinced that it was safe at 300kmph on 2 wheels.."
  • i like to be connected the to internet while mobile, i like to surf and chat all the time, obviuolsly it would a little hard to multitask at 200kmph...
  • i was waiting for the triumph rocket III but the bhp figures dont seem to catch my fancy for a 2000cc+ engine, so i am still waiting for the right...bike
  • i am an ardent follower of hero honda and bajaj, i would like to support them in pestering the indian population with their excellent mopeds, i always dreamed like dhirubhai that every indian should have a moped, hence in the name of my idols i cant go for a superbike...
  • i used to ride a superbike, one day i went past an old couple at 250kmph, the next morning i read in the newspaper that two old people died of a heart attack due to 'excess sonic energy emitted by a plane like thing flying past them...from thta i day i swore in front of the lord rama that i would never ride a SBK again and be a the cause of deaths of our precious elders..
  • i never could understand what is the need of such huge broad tyres, they really only aid in eating up the excellent roads that our indian government has already put up in the welfare on the esteemed citizens...

one these excuses i actually gave to a print publication correspondent, ahh it helps...
