Hi guys!
We all are aware of the problem caused by the Pulsar 220’s low set center stand .after visiting the service center on countless occassions to find any official solution to the problem i decided to do it my self. And guess what i got a very simple and effective way of lifting the center stand up.
Cost of the whole project – Rs 30 ( yeah ! its not a typo)
time required 20- minutes.

I managed to achieve about 5cm of clearance for the chain. Which i feel is adequate.

Please note that the base is not horizontal but it actually has an upward slant in the front. This was done to let the whole surface of the rubber washer rest against the metal stopper.

Here are the dimensions of the L shaped stopper for the center stand.

lastly , the lever attached to the center stand ( the thing painted in red) can be bent a little outwards to get extra clearance for the chain.
