Overtime the newer pulsars have only become more plastic-ky. I can't comment on the reliability of the new P180 vs P200. However, with a P180 you'll have an advantage with spares. P180 shares some of its spares with its predecessors, and some with P150 as well. The P200 shares some parts with P220. Considering Bajaj's inventory mess and bad version control, you are more likely to find P180s spares easily and in more areas than of P200.

So, take your pic based on what you plan to use the bike for.
