I have had a rather bad experiance of panels on the Honda Dio breaking off form their points on the metal body. I have replaced the front panel once and have a feeling that due to bad indian roads a alot of internal plastic parts get broken resulting in loud rattling noises. Also i have seen many activa's with their chassis bent so that the wheels look completely out of line when viewed head on. Why is this a common phenomenon. is it because inside although the Egine and Cycle parts are fantastic Honda has neglected structural strength?
