The world is a bit bigger than Ghaziabad..... there is corruption almost everywhere so I dont see any reasons for generalizing...
I for one, have not had a negative experience so far (thank you God for the very low number incidents and no negative experience!)
The way it works here is that you take x bottles of blood so you have to arrange for x bottles of blood....
Oh! and for records, I am B-ve and am a reasonably consistent donor!
