Go for RTR Refresh as you tour less and commute more, heard RTR FI has some niggles, they will be resolved soon though.. if it get resolved go for RTR FI.
Man you stay in Chennai, so considering the track so near i would not recommend P220 if you plan to hit the track often and mileage "
Atleast 45" is not possible with R15/P220.
