thats why i am saying to cover the rear brake and once u learn how to use rear brake while wheeling then u can possibly ride at any height .
see the rpm depends withthe condition of bike and amount of pull u r doing,if u think ur pull is accurate enough and u will be able to pull the bike perfectly then u can pop the wheelie at lower rpms else use more of power to get the bike straight up.
