Good to know ur spending a day in mlore! 
April 13th : Mon:
Bangalore-Mangalore: 360kms
U can cover this in a day's time easily. Volvo buses take around 8-10hrs depending on traffic or breakdowns. U will make it much sooner. Take the Bangalore - Mysore highway. from mysore to kushalnagar -> madikeri -> Mangalore. This is ur best option as the blore-mlore highway is in pathetic state and not even the intercity buses ply over there! Many parts of the above route are in good shape and is very much rideable. with some parts in very good shape, enough for high speeds!

April 15th : Wed:
Mangalore-Goa: 370 kms
You'll have a better experience riding to Goa than u had while riding to Mangalore from Goa last time u came! The roads are in much better shape now. Upto bhatkal. From bhatkal to Goa i'm not too sure. But Its possible to make it to udupi, 60 kms from mlore in 30mins easily on ur bikes which was about 1.5 hrs of riding on a normal indian bikes eg. discover. the last time u guys came i.e., if ur planning a stop at Manipal. Which can be accomodated as ur journey to Goa wont need an entire day's time. I've heard from a few friends who ride frequently to bhatkal that the roads are much better with some work going on and that Bhatkal takes about 3 hrs or so on zma. So assuming the roads are in shape. Goa will be 7 +/-hrs with some stops. Hopefully the road condition will further improve when u guys are riding to Goa.
