Your info is a little bit incorrect. If you are looking for engines of used Hyosung or Daelim bikes then start searching in Nepal rather than India. The Comet GT250 and the Aquila 250 were launched in limited numbers and it's unlikely that you'll be able to source just the engines from them. The RD 350s had parallel twins but again I doubt whether sourcing just the engine would be a good idea or not? Besides you would hardly find them in any good condition.

Again, if you're looking for a brand new engine then forget it. You can buy different parts and will have to get everything assembled by a very very good mechanic. You can look for used engines and gearboxes from bikes which have crashed. But that's a very tedious process too.
Lastly, why do you need these things anyway?
