i'm thinking about building a bike and i need an engine for that. The idea might sound crazy and hopeless but still i really wana try building it. did some of my drawings already.

but still cant start the work cause i need the engine and then build my chassis around it.

I talked with a local dealer,he said he can give me a brand new 150cc indian engine with 55000-60000(indian rupee)........so i figured he was planing to get a very little used bike and strip other parts and sell me the engine.....but as you can see,how much he is asking for the engine,i can buy a full bike at that price.

i can find a good mechanic,but how much will it take a build an engine??i think it will cost ALOT.more than a whole bike i belive,or am i wrong?

I got another solution. I can buy an old PULSAR NON-DTSI with around 50000km on the odo. but then can i rebuild the engine and make it new and more powerful?? If i do that how much will that cost?? suppose the engine is pretty much DEAD or in its last stage
