This is stated in the manual. In case you dont have the manual, you can check it out at the petrol pump's air section.

I too had the same query, and unfortunately, the mechanics of the service centre at my place have no idea of the same. According to them, it is not possible. Besides, the shocks are not adjustable. Those of the Aviator are better than those of the Dio and Activa, but only marginally so.

Well, the mechanic should be able to do so. Anyways, there is an oil filler cap on the right side of the bike, just below the rear footrests. That is where we should put in the oil. There is a separate drain pipe mechanism to allow the oil to drain. As far as engine oils are concerned, I have used the Honda genuine engine oil and the Castrol Active4. Found the Honda oil to be better than the castrol one. Would be using the Valvoline 4t Synthetic the next time I am changing.
