I checked Feb 09 Bike India issue yesterday, where they have compared GS150 with Unicorn, pulsar and for some reason, Achiever. There they have clearly mentioned that the modes control only lights, and no mention about the mapping. They say that in Eco mode, light starts blinking at 4500 RPM, and stays on after 8000 RPM. In Power mode, it just flicks on after 8000RPM, indicating you are in powerband and close to REV limit.
