some i could think of:
1. implement 'auto-merge' of consecutive posts. forum designer can make this work. so less preaching. thinkdigit has similar style/working as xBhp and has automerge.
2. you mentioned 'CAPS' but not
bold. a fully bolded post is also not that great to read. this can be used in ICE cases only or my mods. (i have seen a guy going all bold on his posts couple of years back. wonder who??!!
... jokes apart, i have seen some posts in recent times too).
3. if you are giving infractions, then increasing it to 5-10 would be great. earlier it was 3 i guess. thats a quick exit for some!
