u can use ur exp of lapping heatsinks [if u belong to that catagory then ..

] .. u can first use rough sand paper to scrap paint and then use finer one like 600 grit or smthin to smooth it out ..
i did same for the paint on rim , which i painted but need to scrap for sm reason but the rim got rusted

..then i painted it back with black !
btw if u happen to found any liquid for the same let me know
