"Piracy/ Linking is prohibited" to the above list.
It is NOT mentioned in rules, and yet a MOD infracted a new member on this issue...

how depressed members may get on being infracted? I know it from an another site ...

Rules should be properly framed, before you infract members. Sorry for talking "seedhi baat".
