Well askyashu, you can check the rear absorber first. Perhaps the adjustment must have been moved from the original position before the accident. Shock absorber can be adjusted using a tool, it can be raised or lowered according to your needs and comfort. Have it check in the Yamaha workshop first and you can get the rate of the Mono shock from there itself.
