Well there were 4 of them.. 2 guys were getting the feedback...2 guys were test driving the bike and checking for the defects (these 2 guys are actually engineers from suzuki).....
I told them abt the braking, headlight and resonance at 3.5k rpm things.... They noted them down... They test drove my bike and wrote down the feedback that i gave... Actually japanese are not so good in english  ... It took a long time for me to explain the things to them  ... They told me that they will get back to me in 2 weeks with the issues
And they gave me a t-shirt and a parker pen as compliment

I have reported about low mileage issue, the service head 4 india promised me that he will personally tweak my bike on his next visit..
Seems to be like Suzuki is more confident about this bike and trying to serve their customers based on their feedbacks.
