first of all check Water outlet hole. if they r block then remove the blockage time to time. Besides all the FS motors has got problem due to water accumulation. Gravity problem for water so outlet holes are somewhere near to start of baffle. my exhaust has no glass wool in it.. no flute.. and one of the baffle plates removed all this only b'coz of rust.. now i want to make an exhaust myself thats why this thread.. would appreciate some information with regards to making an exhaust system... thanks
