Between the 37T and 36T I would say just go 1T down, you might not like the drop in acceleration with the drop in 2T. It will be a bit too tall geared to your liking.
With the 37T you would roughly be doing about 3kmph more in every rpm. If you like the gearing of the 220 Fi then go for this.
36T wont be that bad, but you would definitely feel the drop in acceleration.
I would be going for the 36T in about 15K kms when my current chain sprocket wears out!
