@ Rachitkdogra: See, 3 teeth changed on rear sprocket does NOT severely affect the gearing, even on a STOCK bike. I have done that, Trust me!
But, since your bike is modified, I say you should go for 37 teeth mentioned above...

So, go ahead and fit it in your bike. I know its ZMA and has a longer 5th, but its better performing than stock.
I read in this thread that a 1 teeth change in the front sprocket is equal to almost three teeth changes in the rear sprocket. Is it true??

If it is then I should go for a teeth change in the front because in this case I wouldnt have to change my chain which though has done 23k but the mech says it is fine.

Apart from this any other pro and con between changing the front sprocket or rear sprocket.
