Went to the SC today guys....enquired about the mudguard....they said
it was being fitted for free to any FZ if asked to....
But believe me you dont wanna get it done...coz it looks so ugly and in
reality it is of no use....its just a LITTLE broader than our original...
Here's the surprising part its not actually a mudguard but a small piece
of fibre moulded to fit to our EXISTING mudguard...they drill four holes
on the mudguard and fit it....but the mud splashes anyway....
didnt get to take a pic coz my mobile doesnt have a Cam....
Wonder why Yamaha bothered for that at all....
Worthless...coz in the end it doesnt serve its own purpose...

A leg guard helps in times of crashes by saving your legs and the side
if the bike you fall on....mainly the tank...
And you can switch off the bike anyway..doesnt matter really...i usually
use the kill switch during long waits for signal...it saves the hassle of ON and OFF the battery everytime....

I think it is a bit less for our road conditions and temperatures. Most of the times, we top-up/refill with an oil of rating 20W-40.
Any one had bad experiences with this oil? Please share them.
Castrol Activ 4T seems to be ideally suited with respect to the rating.
Comments welcome.
Many Thanks,

Castrol Power 1 is a good one but IMO is not worth the price it commands..
You should have gone with the Yamalube semi-synthetic....it serves the
purpose really well...its rating is also better than what is recommended...

I cant say about the winters but until now i had No issue with the self
starter buddy....My bike stands for hours in the torrential pour and it gets
a bit cold you know...Yet it Roars back to life with the slightest first touch
to the self start
