I actually read it in Bangalore mirror they did some sting, well in delhi many constables stopped me so i used to ask simply for challan they never had the book, so always asked is ur dad a lawyer
, I will ask abt the section which authorizes only traffic cops. Well if traffic cops want they can also give u warning rather than fining at first attempt
but no one wants to miss chance to rake money.

Attestation is needed for proving copies are true to originals, ever submitted docs for admission ? they require similar thing.
