I guess all 90 Model and above bikes come with Life Tax paid with the Registration Certificate.
Only bikes below 90 model need yearly Tax to be paid.
There is no chance that authorities issue a Registration Certificate (RC) without payment of tax and there is a separate paper for Life TAX apart from RC.
