Your RC is proof itself that Lifetime Tax has been paid. But also remember that for NCR (do not know about other places), Lifetime Tax = 15 years. After that period, you have to take your vehicle again for a fitness test and get a fresh registration done and you will get a fresh Tax Certificate marked on the RC.
