I remember you and your kits have been around for a long time.
One of your kitted karizma which belonged to Kushanth has suffered the most number of problems than anything else.
Broken pistons and mismatching ignition timing etc.
Lets get down to some physics now.
An NA engine cant produce 50% in stock form by merely injecting NOS without doing anything to support the injection. Thats when you result in blow-ups.
Due to the sudden rise in combustion pressure, the dynamic compression shoots and the engine expriences high levels of stress which internally damages the internals. Connecting rod, piston, big-end, rings etc take all the beating. NOS is a short-cut to make some fancy power and nothing realistic unless you do the real part of tuning.
To support NOS injection, you need to run your own ignition map courtesy a programmable ignition system and dynamically vary the timing. Else a blow-up is sure and the claimed 50% in pure bull-shit.
The same karizma which ran the NOS kit 2 yrs ago is now the fastest street spec karizma in the country and running on only pump gas - 87 oct. No NOS nothing. What Kushanth claimed to be fast 2 yrs ago with the NOS is nothing after the mods we did. The bike clocks 400mtrs in 15.5secs with full body weight(145kgs). This figure I challenge you is impossible with whatever NOS kit you can plonk. let alone the engine handling extra boost and being reliable with 50% more power boost.
For 8000-9000 bucks, a super reliable and street smart karizma engine can be built and the engine will be bullet proof. Thats tuning!
