Don't know if its the same P180, but this guy is pretty mad about Motul 300v here
Engine Oils post #1157. I think Motul 300v is among the best, however Pulsar owners have commented on having issues. You can check it out properly.

ne unicorn rider ,done 5000+ kms on this oil without any issues with gears and smoothness etc.

Seems like
'earlier' he thought CP1R sucks,
'now' he's confused. He doesn't think that CP1R really is that good. Am using CP1R for my ZMA-R. No issues. Both engine and gear are smoother than ever. I would prefer Motul 300v, but I couldn't get them in w40 and so have not tried them.
