If all the above points are Ok, then the carburetor is not properly tuned. Go to SVC, but do make sure Air Fuel Ratio is set to balanced and not too LEAN, as it generally happens when you ask SVC people for low mileage.

Yes rahuldevnath its ug 4, and bought it on diwali. RPM never exceeded 4k. Some more questions.
1 What should be Gear and Speed Ratio?
2 How to apply Brake in fast speed?
3 How to apply sudden brakes without loosing balance?
4 How to do cornering?
5 How to drive in Slow/Jam Traffic?
How to maintain lowest rpm in any gear?
and lastly, what a indicator indicates in RPM meter in pulsar 180. What if it glow and what if it doesnt glow.
