donot apply disc's during fast speeds, apply rear brakes first ,then slightly apply front/disc brakes

I'd recommend exactly the opposite. Discs are for quick stopping. whenever you are in a straight line use the disc and use the rear brake only to support it. (forget about brakes when the handle is not straight. use engine braking instead / brake into the curve)

3 How to apply sudden brakes without loosing balance?
apply both the brakes at the same time,40% front disc 60% rear brake
same as above. The rear brake on the 180 is not very good. mild braking often produces little result and on hard braking the rear skids.(my experience but not on ug4 maybe the 120 section tyres are better?)

Emergency braking cannot be premeditated. it comes with your general riding style or experience.
disc's abruptly stops the bike,so there is a risk of loosing control on high speeds, not recomended at all ,use rear brakes to stabilize the bike first and then apply front disc's

and yes you are right, emergency braking cannot be premeditated, he asked such a question, thats why i gave the ans, atleast i use that method
