I know gangs which comprises mostly of school kids and few college going guys who bet on street races every weekend. They also keep some stupid name to their gang. They don't even own a helmet. You cannot teach them
. These street races also lead to street fights. I lost my friend in an completely modded rx 100 who crashed into an oncoming truck during a street race about an year back
. Even after loss of precious life to these gangs they never stop street racing. Its a matter of prestige to them. They will never learn
