This light non-sense is very very annoying. On outer ring road I was doing about 80kmph in my car when suddenly in the OVRM I see a biker flashing headlights. Very distracting coz the light was blinding me. I was livid. Swerved left and he got the shock of his life
Up ahead at the traffic light he started arguing with me. My mother was on board, else I wouldn't have hesitated for some on road 'exercise'.

If somebody has the balls to overtake between a truck and a car doing 80kmph, they will do so without doing
showgiri.
That said, it is helpful in asking people to stay in their lane while overtaking.
