Look at your RC smart card for month of manufacture.

Unfortunately, its difficult to modify the heel shifter. You could cut it off and weld it at a lower position

The squeaking sound is from disc, due to dust. i get it cleaned at every service, it comes back after a week or so. no solution i guess.

Just open the tank and look inside with a torch. you can notice it, if any.

And the rear brake is very good in my bike. just ask them to tighten it properly.
