- 40's is the Old Age of Youth and the Youth of Old Age! Mid life crisis hits and hits hard sometime between late 30's and mid 40's. We are approaching 50 and judging by how time flies (look back, how many of us realize how we moved from 20's to 30's and 30's to 40's?). We re-analyze our life, we suddenly start missing the care-free youth, the wind in the face, the long bike rides, the car does not make sense anymore... we want freedom from it all and do an extent, we can afford it too!

- We cut loose with a vengence, a desire to live life before we are not able to! We want to renew our relationships with not only our loved ones, but the wind, the sea, the mountains, the beauty all around us and we want to do it in a compressed form before we hit the Middle Age of Old Age!
Ah! my partner in crime speaks and affirms. What more can I desire?
The 'middle age' has made us rich in experience and so the decisions come less contaminated by what surrounds us and more from those inner needs. And the heart beats quicker for those treasures of life.

To all the young turks of xBhp, learn from this and make a resolve to enjoy your life NOW. Do not fall in RUT and mark my words, even knowing it, you will find it very difficult to achieve it because you can fight your own destiny and work towards changing it and... HOPE FOR THE BEST!

And finally, where is the room to be reckless? We have it in our own hands to make our life beautiful or miserable, We have a choice and it reflects in how we do mundane things, from trying to be a Rossi and breaking our bones or jeopardizing other people's safety in the bargain? Be thoughtful, enjoy your life as it is ment to be enjoyed and while you do need to challenge your limitations at all times, do it without being reckless.
Wise words these. And coming from someone who leads by example and not mere words, they are powerful. Thanks Anurag.

Very thought provoking article OF. It is time that we all introspect and then sustain a level of satisfaction within our limits, and then begin to enjoy it. I know satisfaction may curtail the urge to progress, to gain that exclusive title, but it becomes necessary at a point of time where nothing less than our lives are at stake. It is road out there, and it is relentless!
Well written, sir!
Thank you Vaibhav. You are a virtual mountain goat on two-wheels (a pretty tall goat at that) and know the value of 'being within limits' well enough and more than most.

Thanks for sharing this with us. Those are the 'lessons', just not an article.
Lesson to 'correct' the way life is been seen by most of us. Such things keep floating but never muttered courage to consolidate this vital ways to perceive life. This three gentlemen have just made our life easy,. We just have to do is read, understand, implement & hence make our life easy..!!!
I wish, I never forget a single line.
Thanks Rachit and glad you affirm the context and purpose of the write-up. And you also seem to have taken it to heart. Mission accomplished for me!
