- less maintenance problems
- mileage above 45
- comfort
- looks
I have zeroed in on - Unicorn
- Apache RTR 180
- CBZ Xtreme
and also I would like to know details regarding CB Twsiter and Pulsar 135.
I thought of going for the Apache, but people say it isn't much suitable for tall guys and might cause back pain on long drives . Would be waiting for your valuable suggestions.

Firstly remove the cb twister and p135 from your list. They are mere looker bikes and with no power and average mileage.
Out of the above 3, the Unicorn would be my choice because its the smoothest, most comfortable and most mileage returning bike. But being a 'sportster' , you wouldn't like the pickup and torque. A back pain is absolutely no guarentee.
Leave the cbz extreme as its too old and is due for production stopping one of these days.
The rtr 180 has good looks, awesome pickup and low end and mid end performance is not that good but high end performance rocks... A mileage of 40 is assured. But the seats are not at all comfortable and the ride position guarentees a back pain.
Besides the 3, the only other bike I can think of, satisfying all your conditions is the FZ.(my own...

It has low weight, and you can ride in any position and traffic, has the most comfortable seating among 150cc bikes, is the best looking 150cc and also maintainence is not very costly. If used in optimum, you can get 45-50 mileage as I do. So go for the fz.. or the unicorn.
