I have these ultrabright LED flashlights. One of these flashlights is brighter that both Pilot bulbs put together at idle RPM. I was thinking I'll find those bulbs and use two of them for pilot lamps, and two of the normal puny LED to illuminate the rear no. plate. These flashlights work on 2XAA size batteries, ie 3V. We have 12V on our bikes. I only have zero knowledge when it comes to circuits  . So I really need someone with kmowledge in electronics to help me with a simple circuit diagram.
Is there any other option. I mean do we get 12V very bright LED in the market for automibles? Does anyone know? |

It would be awesome to have LED's for pilot lamps. I would love to have blue LED's as pilot lamps on my ride. But the thing is I don't have much knowledge in auto electrical's and I dont trust local mechanics. Btw will the LED fit in to standard factory fitted holder of the current pilot lamps
? anyway if you are successful please guide me as well. I want to know the procedures of fitting blue LED's as pilot lamps. thks
