vomiting after an accident is a sign of internal head injury and in most cases its projectile which means it is not preceded by nausea. ie it happens all of a sudden and you cannot control it. so the statement doesnt make sense.

if you have vomited visit a doc immediately (preferably the emergency dept of a hospital and not at the home of a doc). and MERELY VOMITING DOESNT MEAN THAT A PERSON WILL DIE UNLESS HE HAS OTHER SEVERE LIFE THREATENNG INJURY, HOWEVER IF YOU HAVE NOT VOMITED BUT FELT LIKE VOMITING < STILL YOU SHOULD VISIt A DOC.
