220 Fi is shorter geared than the new 220. 220FI gives you better roll on times than the new one. But in outright acceleration / top speed New 220 is better. FI is a bit softer sprung than the new one. i.e. plusher ride than the new one. But, new one takes advantage of the harder suspension + soft compound tyres resulting in better handling than the FI.
In other words.. 220 Fi and 220F are not 2 different bikes.. they are 2 variants of the same bike. Choose as per preference.

BUT i want to tell you something as you are comparetively new to the forum :
1. Post some honest advices on the forum and that should help the thread starter ... its not like that you own a FZ so youll praise it and claim all other bikes as CRAP.
2. Learn the etiquettes about how to post on the forum .
3. Respect every bike.
4. you should be a silent spectator for now and see how all others are posting .... learn some manners and GROW UP.
5. go to threads and see what language is being used here on Xbhp and when you feel like you are ready to go then start posting until then be silent and just GRASP .
