i am too late to read this thread.
I made a terrible mistake of riding my pulser 180 at contant of 50 -55 km/hr speed through out the run in period.Now the bike is smooth like butter at the above speeds. But it vibrates on anything beyond 60 km\hr and fifth gear is the smoothest gear.
