one query @ ALL : if someone is doing an interstate ride... and he is in some X state albeit his bike is registered from Y state.
so is he liable to put up NOC document as well ??
because as far as i know one cant ride permanently in a state where his bike is not registered ??
and if he is caught up by cops he need to shown some Noc documents ?
throw some light on this anyone.
