My two cents--
Both Motorcycles are equally able.
Performance wise the P-135 shall just edge out the new Yamaha SS125(yup, this is the BSIII or BS IV version)
If the rider has a good built and rides a bit sedately, Yamaha is what i would recommend(doesn't mean it can't blaze, but you get the drift?)
I just rode a P-135 for a very brief period and the acceleration is surely in FZ territory.
The Yamaha shall age more gracefully than the Bajaj.
