Depends on lots of things.. Riding style/pot holes on roads/sometime if mechanic has tightened it too much/at times a fall too might ruin it..
Get it changed and it'll be fine
.. Mine is still fine but my friend's bike has also done some 11k kms and the cone set is kaput..
