I agree on too much detail, but I applaud the effort!
Banded - bandage/Band Aid is not effective when you have a fracture\ligament tear each of which is quite possible after a crash. It is good to know atleast basics of what to do and what not to do in such scenarios.
I have seen the first thing that people do when they have burn\heat wounds they put cold water in it... a Motorcycle crash and people try to remove helmet of the rider if he is dizzy or unconcious... Both of these are LETHAL but very common errors!

How about compiling a smaller First Aid Kit so that we can all carry one with us, at all times. Franly speaking, the First Aid kit in my Karizma is pretty decent but not upto the mark
It isnt, I carry most stuff on routine trips in a pouch that came along with my gloves... its almost as small as a book. Ofcourse while touring I carry a few extra medicines too!
