One thing bad about the FZ: Uncomfortable for long rides with a pillion as the length of the seat is very less.
One thing bad about the P180: Heavy
One thing good about the P180: Nice throttle response and better acceleration than the FZ
One good thing about the FZ: Fat ass Soft compound tyres providing awesome grip and confidence.

FZ has loads of poser value. P180 is more suited for almost all kinds of riding except offroading.

PS: Getting a bike just because its tyres are fat doesn't make much sense.
And Bajaj is also reliable. Don't start on the usual brand war that people here normally do.

@Ashwin208: Bajaj also has very good quality now. The UG4 variant of the P180 is more refined and more reliable than ever. The vibes are almost nil when compared to the UG3. I ride a UG3 and have ridden a friend's UG4 extensively. So I know what I am talking about.

My take: The P180UG4...hands down!

Do NOT decide unless you ride both.

Mileage: Both have almost the same mileage. But P180 makes more sense as it pumps out more power but is fuel efficient at the same time.
