The P135LS is as 'Plasticy' or 'Non-Plasticy' as any other bike. Almost all bikes in India have a metal tank (
except the FZ/Fazer) and side and tail panels made out of fibre.
Mileage: The P135LS wold return around 55 kmpl and the P180 would give around 40-45 kmpl.
Go for whichever bike you feel comfortable on or just listen to your heart.
